BANGLADESH - ROYAL SOCIETY

Photos

For the last instalment of the Royal Society job, I travelled to Basiral in the south-east of Bangladesh to shoot with the children of the Nazirpur area. To get there, I had to travel one hour by car and two by boat, to reach this remote school where they showed me how important floating gardens are for their survival.

After the shoot, me and Tanjilur Rahman, one of the best fixers and warmest persons I've met, we explored lots of hidden corners of Dhaka. I was in awe of this amazingly vibrant city, full of noise and colour, full of smiles and activity.

After two intense days, I left wanting to stay, wanting to see more.
